William appears in the 1840 Union Co., KY census, p. 9 as follows: William Floyd, 1 male 20-30. He was living near his parents but not in the same household.
William and Alley were married 10 December 1844 in Union Co., KY[13] and had the following children:

Minerva and John moved to Kansas in about 1880, but Alley Floyd does not appear with them in the 1880 census, nor in the 1900 census. She was not found in the census of any other location in those years.
However, the 1910 Reno Co., KS census lists Allie Floyd, 92, living with John and Minerva Ramsey. |
